This thing works like a charm! I set the timer for two different feeding times, and it’s right on the dot every time. Plus, I can charge it while it's in use, so I usually just keep it plugged in, and it’s been great. The bowl is spacious enough that my cat can eat comfortably without any problems. It’s not noisy or annoying at all. I originally got it for when we’d be away for a few days, but now I use it every day—it makes everything so much easier. I’m really pleased with my purchase!

I got this last year, and it worked well for a while, but then it just stopped. I contacted customer service, and they’ve been super helpful and quick to respond. They’re even willing to send me a replacement for the one that isn’t working anymore.

We've been using an automatic pet feeder for a feral cat for three years now. Since we can't get close to the cat, we set up the feeder outside in a sheltered spot. Sure, we’ve had to fend off raccoons, but the lockout feature really helps keep them away from the cat food. We also have the feeder wedged between some cinder blocks so the raccoons can't flip it over. So far, everything's been great! If it can handle feeding a feral cat outside, I can only imagine how well it would work indoors.
