My cat absolutely adores this fountain! Before, we had to turn on the kitchen faucet for him since he only liked drinking running water. This product has been a total game changer because now he enjoys fresh, filtered water around the clock! It holds a good amount of water too. Our dog uses it as well, and I only need to refill it about twice a week. Cleaning it is a breeze; I just wash it with some warm, soapy water. I really adore this fountain for my cats! I've had it for a few months now, and it hasn't given me any problems. The water flow is gentle and quiet, so I hardly even notice it's running. I do wish it was a bit simpler to check the water level, but I chose this one partly for the metal construction since it's more sanitary. Honestly, it’s not a big deal to just top it off when I pour myself a glass of water.
Our Maine Coon kitten absolutely loves this water fountain, and it’s been such a relief for me since he can’t knock his water everywhere anymore! I really appreciate that it comes with extra filters right out of the box. The pump did stop working as well after about five months, but thankfully, customer service is sending me a replacement since it has a two-year warranty. It’s also super easy to clean and use. I highly recommend it for any cats that enjoy drinking flowing water like mine does!
I'm really happy with this fountain. It's way easier to clean than my previous one (which was a brand name but made of plastic), and it's not as bulky. I actually feel like I can sanitize it properly, which makes me much more comfortable with my pet drinking from it. It fits perfectly in our home since it's quiet, reliable, and can be placed just about anywhere. I also prefer these filters over others – they're specific to this fountain and can't be found in stores, but they seem really sturdy. Plus, the seller offered excellent customer service. I definitely recommend it!
